Melanie Ackerley is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who rounds out the staff at Creative Solutions by emphasizing the role that diet plays in discovering and improving the self. She works closely with her clients to develop a plan to reach their personal goals, encompassing both preventative health and life-long nutrition management. Through clinically based nutritional science, using The Nexus Nutritional Plan that she created, Melanie educates and empowers her clients to make healthier choices that fit their unique lifestyles.
Melanie believes in balance, moderation and a common sense when it comes to nutrition. She appreciates the challenges that integrating and maintaining healthy eating presents but maintains that with a better understanding of the interaction food quality and lifestyle patterns play on your health, combined with heightened awareness, the door towards healthy, slow sustainable changes opens. When applied over time, these changes become habits which become a lifestyle.
