Learning to Breath - A Six Week Course in Mindfullness to Teens & Tweens
Six Weekly Sessions for Ages 8-12 and 12-16 years old
On going registration is now available for six-week mindfulness groups specifically for children. Participants will learn to cultivate present mindful awareness to help with anxiety, perfectionism and emotional regulation, manage stress, enhance self-awareness, and improve relationships with others. Maximum number of participants is six.
